The Mentoring Partnership is a collaboration of employer and service delivery partners. The program’s success is a result of the support from its employer and service delivery partners.
Employer partners promote the mentoring opportunity internally to staff and identify suitable, qualified mentors. Service delivery partners deliver the program by matching mentors with skilled immigrants and supporting the mentoring relationship over four months. The Mentoring Partnership manages the program and supports the efforts of employer partners and service delivery partners to develop effective mentoring relationships.
