Community Partners
Community partners are organizations that provide employment services to skilled immigrants and are responsible for the service delivery of the program. They recruit individual mentors, screen and recruit mentees in the program, match mentors and mentees through a mentoring coach, conduct both mentor and mentee orientation sessions, and monitor the mentoring relationships based on service standards set throughout the partnership. They also report outcomes and qualitative information for use in program evaluation.
Currently there are 11 community partner organizations that deliver the program in their respective areas and communities. Click here to see our current community partners.
