TRIEC honours winners at the 4th annual Mentoring Partnership Awards
Toronto (November 13, 2009) – The Mentoring Partnership, an award-winning program of the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC), will recognize five outstanding program participants at the fourth annual Mentoring Partnership Awards, sponsored and hosted by TD Bank Financial Group.
The Mentoring Partnership brings together recent skilled immigrants and established professionals in occupation-specific mentoring relationships. Skilled immigrants entering the program have the education, experience, and language skills to succeed in the labour market. Through one-to-one professional connections with a mentor in the program, mentees gain local insights and access to professional networks.
